Your second Veretan! While her school is Norwood, she's not really keen on helping people from either school. She's probably the worst person to go to as a noobie, but if you can prove you're worth it, she'll train you to know how to use your powers in devastating ways.

Eating. She’s addicted to sugar, it’s a miracle she isn’t fat.

Exercising. Probably the only thing keeping the fat off.

Dancing. She tries really hard to learn the “dances of her people”

Small talk. If you’re going to talk to her, you might as well be blunt.

People staring. It pisses her off.

School. She HATES school.

Personality: Abhaya is a no nonsense girl, but can be lewd and crude if it means it'll disturb people or get them to go away. She’s serious, a little too much so, and is very short tempered, but get a little bit of alcohol in her system and boy that seriousness goes away. It takes a lot to impress her, but not a lot to attract her; she’ll get a crush on pretty much any guy that doesn’t look at her in complete disgust. She’s not a fan of working with others, but if she sees potential in a person, she’ll take advantage of it. She wants to have friends, but her bluntness and rudeness tend to drive people away. Really, she’s just setting herself up for failure. Once you’ve become a friend, though, it’ll be hard to get rid of her. Consider yourself warned.

Background:

Abhaya was dealt an unlucky hand in the game of life. As the fifth of eight children, she was born with what some call a “cleft lip”, and wasn’t able to get the neatest of surgery to fix it as an infant. As such, her lip formed strangely, puckering up immensely where the stitches were. It was better than it would have been if untreated, but her face is still considered “disfigured”.

This wasn’t much of an issue to her for a while; things went on normally in her toddler stages, and when she turned four, her parents moved to the U.S. because of a job offer given to her father. The majority of her siblings stayed behind, so Abhaya became a self appointed oldest (despite really being third oldest out of the ones that went) child.

It took her a long time to learn English, and had to take a lot of special classes through elementary and middle school to get to a point where she could speak fluently. This, tied in with her strange attire and strange face, made her the go-to person for bullying. There were times where her parents offered to take her out of school to teach her at home, but she refused, not wanting to give in to the taunting.

This went on until she turned thirteen, where a particularly bad session of teasing ended with a trip to the principal's office; she was bloody and bruised, and had lost the battle horribly. Disgusted with her uselessness and inability to stand up for herself, she waited in rage and frustration for her parents to pick her up. It was that night, when she was staring out the window, that a strange creature came to her with an offer…

It’s a lot easier to handle teasing and bullying when one punch can knock a mutherfucker out. She had very little issues from then on, and for the first time in her life, she went from being bullied to being the bully, and life was… is, good.

Other:

She has an Indian accent, though she can’t really speak it anymore. She also doesn’t remember anything from her home country, which makes her hate it deep down for causing so much trouble in her life. She wouldn’t go back if she could.

While Vincent might be seen as a mother hen, Abhaya is considered an “egg breaker”.

On that note, she actually has quite a crush on Vincent from the few times they’ve crossed paths, but he has no idea who he is. Probably best for him.

She has many siblings, most of which have either stayed in India, moved on to other places, or were born in the U.s. and as such don’t have nearly the same amount of bullying she went through. It’s one of the few things she’s grateful for.

Wish: ”I wish I had the strength to hurt those who have wronged me"

Soul Gem:

In egg form, it has gold metal with a crimson glow. The usual bumps on the Soul Gem have turned into small spikes.

When not in Magi form, her Soul Gem takes the form of a bracelet. She hides it as best she can.

In Magi form, her Soul Gem is the ornament on her forehead.

Weapon: A Gada, or Indian Mace. It’s disproportionately large.

Innate Ability: Nothing, really. She just got naturally stronger than before. Her stamina’s also gotten better due to her stronger muscles.

Attacks

D5 attack: She whacks at the opponent with the handle of her gada.

D10 attack: Much like the above, she instead whacks at the opponent with the correct side of her gada. She’s a very straightforward attacker.

D10 attack(Trick Up The Sleeve): Hindering move - She specifically aims for a kneecap in hopes of giving the opponent a -1 to their dodge by making them unable to move around as easily. A bit of a dirty player, this one.

D15 attack: She jumps up into the air before slamming down on her opponent.

D20 attack: A two-handed, strong swing. She tends to aim for the head with this attack.

5D6 attack: “Ugra śōdhana” - It takes a lot of magic, but she actually makes her weapon extremely large, then starts to spin in a circle before letting her gada fly at the opponent. She then chases after the weapon to get it back.
